Daniel has nine years of experience in the industry and began his career on the contractor side. Over time, he transitioned into a construction management role and is currently serving as a Construction Manager at Jacobs. Originally from Mexico, Daniel has been living in the United States for the past 14 years. He earned his degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Dustin grew up in Kansas where he worked on his family’s beef operation before attending Kansas State University and earning a degree in Construction Science and Management. He then began his career as an assistant superintendent for a building contractor before moving on to serve as a surveyor assistant for an interstate asphalt contractor, KDOT inspector in rural Kansas, Republic County Highway Director, and Public Works Director for the City of Edwardsville, KS. In 2022, Dusty relocated to Lincoln, Nebraska, where he joined WSP USA as the Local Business Lead for Construction Management across Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri. He and his family have since returned to rural Belleville, Kansas, where he continues to support his three-state region. They enjoy being close to family, raising cows and bees, and building their dream home on an acreage.

Zach started in construction at a young age with his family, studied construction management in school, and has now worked for Jacobs for 12 years contributing to a wide range of projects including military bases, hospitals, schools, and major water conveyance systems. He is based in Fargo, North Dakota. In addition to his project work, Zach has been actively involved with CMAA for over a decade, including serving in Board positions with the CMAA Chicago Chapter. He enjoys seeing a project through to completion and experiencing the excitement of end users as they interact with the finished product.
